Our ‘İstan-Ball’ combines Yeni Rakı with spicy ginger ale and elegant, floral elderflower. We balance it with some pressed lime juice and refreshing cucumber to create a clean-cut, crisp and energising highball.

MAKE IT AT HOME
Ingredients

35ml Yeni Rakı 1937
20ml Elderflower Cordial
100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
5ml Lime Juice

Method

Place a cucumber ribbon inside the glass
Combine Yeni Rakı, elderflower cordial, and half the ginger ale in a highball glass
Add ice cubes to fill the glass
Top up with the remaining ginger ale
Squeeze a lime wedge into the mix

Dump it into glass, top with ice if required

A tantalising blend of Yeni Raki, gin, Turkish honey and blackberry

Method

In a shaker filled, combine the Yeni Rakı and gin and shake vigorously
