Our ‘İstan-Ball’ combines Yeni Rakı with spicy ginger ale and elegant, floral elderflower. We balance it with some pressed lime juice and refreshing cucumber to create a clean-cut, crisp and energising highball.

100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale
5ml Lime Juice
Place a cucumber ribbon inside the glass
Combine Yeni Rakı, elderflower cordial, and half the
